We had a long doctor's appointment today and learned that baby is not making any moves towards being born. We have an induction date scheduled for the latest they will let me go, January 21st. We are hoping and praying baby decides to be born before then as Pitocin doesn't have the best reputation. I am tired, I am crabby...feel sorry for Barry.
To make this time a little more interesting I have decided to start a poll. My original guess was that baby would be born on the 15th...looks like there isn't much chance of that happening. When do you think baby will be born? Post a comment with your guess between today and the 21st, if you want to add a time of day and weight go right ahead! Let's see who gets the closest!!

Ill take Friday (1/18/08) at 5p. I have absolutely no reasoning for this guess, but I must think this will be a baby that enjoys his Happy Hour.

I guess I will put my guess in too. I think January 16th at 10:45p.m. Weighing in at 8lb 6oz...
Sunday the 20th. I think he'll make you sweat it out. It will be in the morning, let's say 10:00 so that you get a good night sleep. I think his goal is to watch the playoff games. He is a football fan already. Weight, hmm. 8lb 11 oz. I think he will be big. 21 inches long. We'll see!
Ahh, just think you will be playing with those little toes of his in less than a week! When will he make his appearance? I think I will say 9:45 on Monday, the 21st with you going into labor on Sunday night sometime early evening. I'm with Angie and Rachel he looks like he could be 8 lbs 15 oz and 21" long. Can't wait to hold him!

I feel for you (and Barry). I will guess for Sat in the evening, maybe around 8:30ish. I agree with everyone else, he has had quite a bit of time to "cook" so I am guessing 9 lbs 2 oz and 21 inches long.
I'm excited to see his real stats next week, just think in less than 6 days baby Saeger will be here!

I say he'll see his shadow, get scared, and you'll have 12 more hours of labor. Tuesday, January 22 at 12:14 a.m. 8 lbs, 4 oz, 19 1/2", and hair like George Costanza.
I'm going to guess January 19th at 3:30 pm, 8 lbs 13 oz, 21 inches, thick, black hair, and HUGE chubby cheeks (which is why he hasn't come out yet, he's STUCK)
I'l going to say Jan. 19th (Sat.) at 11:21 pm. My weight guess is 9 lbs. even. But....I hope for your sake he comes before my guess!
I'm going for a Sunday brunch baby. Sunday, the 20th around 2pm. And for your sake, Ange, I'll give you a smaller little guy ... say 7lbs. 9 oz.
What joy to welcome this new baby to the family. I think he will arrive on Sunday 1/20 around 5 p.m. He will be 22 inches long and weigh 8 lb. 6 oz. A nealthy baby, with dark blonde hair. How wonderful to meet and hold this precious baby.
I'll say a Friday evening labor, early morning Saturday delivery, 2:30 am. My guess would be 9 lb 4 oz. That extra chub will be great his first week out. Probably black wavy hair that will lighten out his first year and green/hazel eyes.

The official Benson guess is Thursday January 17th at 3:23 pm (give or take...). And it seems like 8 lbs 11oz. We can't wait to meet the little guy.
